Here is what it looks like:
WANTED: LOOKING for a farmer who is retiring in a few years. I am saddened by the lack of young canadians who want to farm. I would like to have a piece of the country I have worked so hard for. Would like to manage a dairy or cattle farm with the intent of purchase in the future. Minimum of 500 acres, prefer partially in alfalfa. Sask is ideal but will consider Alberta or Manitoba. Langley. Tel: 604-888-9129
Think I will get any bites? I applied to a couple of positions through the Producer but they all said that they prefer single men. I'm sure someone will give a hard working experienced gal a shot!

| 'Running back to Saskatoon' huh-glad to see a lady who appreciates our great province-there's the perfect little ranch for you just north of us-a section all cross fenced-will summer 100-150 cows -it's located 5 miles south of the Provincial park gate so easy to go for a swim after haying-I think Remax of North Battleford is handling the deal. It's a split up so a motivated seller.

We have been looking at places in the Melville(eastern central part of SK) just because of the prices.
How much snow do you guys get? Would you need to feed in the winter? Do you need to plow the snow to create a yard to feed in like they have to in northern AB?
How bad do you get flooded in the spring? They showed that area on the news and it looked like that whole part of the province was underwater this spring.

| Geez know I don't-it is listed at Dorintosh under Remax of North Battleford I think Lyall Friesen is the rep. It's a pretty nice ranch-the house is actually on the edge of the village and the land runs behind it. If you like hunting, fishing or swimming it's awesome our park is 1500 square miles of lakes. If you like cooking you could board hunters for the local outfitters in the fall too.

| Roper you have to plan on feeding six months for sure but if you stockpile some grass you can cut some days off it for sure. The river ranches can flood bad but were rolly enough we don't ever flood right out. After ten years of drought -trust me a flood is wayyyyyyyyyy easier to live through. My cows bale graze all winter and I've never had to plow out for them yet. There's a pretty gopod place for sale just north of Whitewood I looked at while down there A'I'ing.
