Friend of mine had a kitten show up,she didnt want him, she already has one cat and a couple kittens, so she gave him to us. I don't know how old he is, bout half grown, he lives down at the shop. The other night when Mr Lilly and Lil Lilly were down there workin on her ag project, they found that he'd been workin, while they worked......Lil Lilly snapped this photo.

Good to know he's doin his job.

I am not a person who likes house cats. But I have a tremendous amount of respect for the barn / shop cat.

We feed ours regularly and almost every day see at least one of them - "working".

Seems the ones who get a bit of feed do the best work.

They live a tough life and yet they always manage to kep the rodent population under control. We could not survive without them.

Every year we have a few additions - seems the youngsters who visit us like to play with the kittens more than they like dessert! Very Happy

B.C.

Looks like he did some good work!! Our declawed Siamese,
Mr. Magoo has found out he can work too. So far I know he has killed a mouse and a big mole. Brought the mouse in for me to see...YUK! Nothing I hate more than mice! Luckily the mouse was very dead...but now Magoo has to go through inspection before he gets
back in the house.

I wouldn't dare put a collar on him, he'd get it caught in something
sure as heck and hang himself.
