I had in my box at school notice from Who's Who of America's Teachers that I have been selected to be included in the 2005-2006 directory.
What a way to end the school year Very Happy

Our son, Al, was selected for the Student's version of that, earlier this year. We were very proud of him, too.

Just think........now I know 2 honorees!!!!!!!!!!! Very Happy

Thanks yall it means alot to me.
Not sure what i will be doing next year so its kinda like leaving with a bang LOL. I really do want to stay in teaching since I love it so much but got to pay bills.

I got in the student one when I was in High school. I think several times..twice at least I remember?? Can't you get in it every year....I dunno. From what I remember it wasn't to terrible hard to be accepted, just had to have a GPA of a 3.0 or B average or something...i forget the requirements. But like I say I haven't thought about it since then cause it hasn't done a damn thing for me.

High School was such a waste of 4 years to me.....there is no reason it couldn't be consolidated into 2 years at the most. if they just take out all the bull s***!

All them people (Who's Who of American High School Students) wanted from me was my money so they could send me some stooooopid book that has my name printed in about 10 sized font along with 239,038 other random high school students and teachers names across the country.

Needless to say, I didn't buy the book! Rolling Eyes
