| Well I sorted my orphan foal off with a big Belgian mare who hasn't foaled yet-she's mothering him and lets him suck. Some days he won't take any milk from his bottle-be interesting to see if she'll take her own foal when it comes-maybe I've just traded bad situations but only time will tell.

| Be intertesting when she has her own foal-pretty sweet tempered old mare so we'll see.

Thats really cool NR,you know I wouldn't be surprized if she kept both babies as hers, they are such a kind hearted breed of horse.
Greg had a fun day yesterday, a wagon train is being set up in Stettler,so Greg and our son each got to drive a team of Clyds, about 20 miles to a camp set up in Red Willow. The owner wanted to see how they worked before putting tourists out there on them. He enjoyed it,they're using the old train route, tracks have been taken out, greg said only problam was they wanted it to be authentic so the tires are wood...said it made for a REALLY rough ride and both guys had sore butts when they got home....LOL
