Lots and lots and lots of water and a few ibuprofen (advil) wouldn't hurt!! If it is a stone (and a big one, at that), you will know it...believe me!! Shocked If the pain is radiating toward the front of your abdomen, then it probably is a kidney stone! If, however, the pain is radiating down the back of your leg (on the same side), then it is the muscles and nerves in your back....if it does not let up with rest and ibuprofen you may need to see a doc...you may have done more damage than just pulling a muscle!! Be careful, get some rest and let us know how you are doing!!

I have one of those in my house, too....hard-headed, "don't tell me what to do" types...and NO, I am NOT talking about demodriver!!! Laughing Everytime he hurts his neck or back, he wants the "quick fix"..says "don't have time to waste lying around...got work to do...can't rest!"...but, with him usually a trip to a good chiropractor has him up and running in no time!! Wink

The pain is still here....I put an icy hot patch on it to see what it does, but so far it seems to have made it feel worse. There is one spot in particular that is really tender when I push or just touch it. I hope its not a kidney stone them things hurt....

I would pick people up in the ambulance with them and they would literally be in tears and screaming in pain!!!

I haven't drank 24 beers in the last month let alone for the 4th.....I don't think I drank any on the 4th.

Thanks for ya'lls concern, but Jingle Bob is right....before I go to a doctor I have to be close to death. When I got thrown off my horse the last time I know I had a concusion and stuff and it took like 15 minutes for my vision to completely clear up, but I just sat here at the house with the phone by and if it got worse I was gonna call someone....but it cleared up and Im fine now Laughing

I come from a long line of stubborn!

And the hospital back home is one of those that if you go in there with a head cold you will go out in a body bag, so I tend to stear clear of hospitals!!!
