Well the verdict is IN...Innocent by Insanity...which means she will be in the Mental Hospital till the Judge sees her fit to go back into society. In my Psy class we had as a guest speaker one of the Pyschologist for the state, she said that the woman would never see day light. Whether she was found guilty or Innocent...that she will spend the rest of her days in the Hospital. I do think thats where she needs to be.

I'd go along with the but still think the Husband should have some charges

I think I'm gonna be sick to my stomach!!! Sad Sad I cannot believe they fell for her act!! Sorry...yes, I do indeed believe in TRUE mental illness...I have seen firsthand what TRUE mental illness can do, but i cannot bring myself to believe that she did not KNOW what she was doing and that what she was doing was WRONG!!!! If there is justice, there is indeed a Hell and it's waiting for her arrival!!! Mad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

I agree whole heartedly with all of you.....Only consolation is: There is a way bigger power than us. And she and her ex husband will have to account for their actions. God is just......

The hubby is about as guilty as she is....he KNEW she had problems and just sat on his butt and did nothing!! He's a conspirator in my book!

Not only that, he kept making babies with her and left her ALONE with those kids, homeschooling them where she was stuck with them 24/7. He should get the same....instead he's off scot free....

As a mom the very thought of any of my kids dying due to accidents is unthinkable Exclamation But to KILL them Question

They should both hang.

She is still in Jail....even in the Mental Hospital she will not have any priveleges to the outside world. She will not get out . LIke I said the state Psychologist has already stated, which she knew she would get the innocent because of Insanity, with that she has to fool the judge and that wont happen. This particular judge is not going to allow her back into society. They also stated the D.A. is holding 2 other children, she was only tried for 3. They did that on purpose so that she wont get out.

So I think she is where she needs to be, and she isnt off with anything. She will be looking out them wire windows for the rest of her life.

It is hard to think of her and her husband...............I keep going back to those children. If only something......... a knock on the door, a phone call from someone. I can not even fathom what they went through......
