Yes the cows get it. I don't treat it with anything and the first spring rain washes it off. Wink

Thank you all, it isn't over crowding or mineral and I think not vitamins but an early dismal fall and winter. We will try some or all of your tricks and post later! And thanks again. Rolling Eyes

two things that have worked well for me
1) mix copper suphate (bluestone ) with water and apply after crust has been removed

2) powder sulpher mixed with vaseline and applied

for some reason we have had no ringworm this winter.

funny thing we have found the ringworm always hits the red angus first?????

Vicks works awesome .....we used it on or show cattle hair would be back in know time at all....good luck....
