Cattle guard that Clinton didn't get retrained. This guard just lays around and does its job anyway.

It's good to see some green grass, even if a cow can't reach it

Hungry heifers

Old Cottonwood trees that have seen their better days

This can happen when a heifer development facility also doubles as a bull development center.

That heifer/bull development facility looks to be a very productive one.

No kidding. The man can get them bred while they are seperated from the bulls. Quite a feat.

Wish we could have saved the first two...
First was real preemie; lungs only lasted 6 days
Second was term out of a waspy momma, got stepped on before he got up; 5 days worth of aggravation...
I can't wait until Jan when the twins start showing up...

Nice pics, as usual, Soapweed. I'll have to admit that I saw this last night but didn't really understand the reference to kola in the subject line - until I read PB. Laughing Thanks for sharing your pics.

Thanks for the pics. I always enjoy them, but then I am ONLY a lowly rancher that hasn't smoked weed.

Well I for one like your pictures more than anything else on this site.

I see the EPD'S were working on those heifers and young bulls.

(Early Parental Development) good looking pairs ya got anyhow.

One thing about it, Soap, those calves will tip the scale this fall.
Glad they are fine.

Thanks for the different pictures this morning. Poor kola

I'll bet you're right. It probably affected her poor little eyes like looking at welding light without the protection of a helmet. Shocked Wink Smile

And I bet it's KILLING her to not be able to respond because that would be admitting that she looked. Laughing
