Christmas lights north of Rushville, Nebraska

Someone went to a lot of work

Lane of lights

More lights

Yee Haw

Leon spelled his name backwards

Back in a flash

Giddyup go

Looks like Dobbin is taking a spill

Thanksgiving puppies available for Christmas presents

A pile of puppies

Birds on the bulk bin

Getting ready for the storm yesterday morning

Walking into the wind

Calling them against the wind to shelter

But its cold out here

Cold cows coveting cake, this morning after the storm

The rest of the herd

Horses hovering on the hilltop

They might not be "working cowdogs" but they work good because they don't work good. Wink Smile

Soap-- Use those pups for all they are worth--My wife and grandkids talked me into (made me Rolling Eyes ) keep one of the last litter of pups we had- which are about the same age and size....Today I took the pup to town with me to the cow sale and afterwards I stopped at the water hole....When the girls from the bank came in for their sale day after work toddy, they saw the puppy in the pickup- and made me go get it-- then oohed and ahhed all over the place at her...Haven't been so surrounded by women in years.....

As my son said later- Definitely Chick Magnets.... Wink Laughing

Oh I just luv Christmas Lights...thanks Soapweed for giving me the tour...we haven't been anywhere to see the lights...(except for vegas...and that don't count.. Confused )..and with our power out last nite till this morning...there wasn't even a yard light a shining! Pretty darn dark around here. Sure glad there are some folks that take the time and energy to put up all the lights for other to enjoy.
Your cows look pretty content with their cake for breakfast...It's still spitting snow tonite..probably end up with close to 10 inches by the time it's all done. I actually get to sleep in a little tomorrow morning..till the guys get some paths plowed for me to feed cake...thanks again soapweed...I really enjoyed these pictures...

Looks like we're going to have a "green" Christmas here- no snow in sight and the grass is still green. Miss seeing the white stuff.

I really like the street with lights along it, Soapweed- a pretty display.
