I think it's of the Liknozdruphorn breed. They are what would be called "conservative" cattle, because they lean to the right. They have been bred to thrive on limited resources, and the extra long tongue can lick up even the crumbs for additional nutrition. The horns are naturally fashioned to dig plants out of the ground, so even the roots can be consumed. The horns are also used to spear small rodents or other warm-blooded living sources of protein, including people. This breed of cattle tends to do well, even under conditions when other breeds can't find enough to eat. Wink Smile
