Slang for trying to use a strong armed approach to something, people or persons don't like. To be pushy like a bulldog. Take a trip to the urban dictionary and you will find many slang terms for many words many of us wouldn't have a clue on.

Or as you use the term LB to release a steer and a guy on a horse brings it down by the horns.

I would try and get around the term and read what the main body is LB. I would think you of high enough intellect to read the paragraphs and surmise what the point of my writing meant?

The natural tendencies of property owners and hunters are so bad that it is not safe to permit property owners to allow hunting and/or hunters to hunt without being, subject to search and seizure, without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, under investigation or in the commission of a crime.

And the only ones that can be trusted/believed in the management of the wildlife are GF&P (people with badges and initials) or, wildlife would become extinct, because the instincts of the property owners and hunters are so unscrupulous.

Drug dealers and illegal alien’s rights, have more protections against over zealous law enforcement than property owners or hunters!!!!!!!!!
