| There is a tool you can use to "probe" her to see if she has a blind pouch for a vagina or if she has a fukk reproductive tract.. I have one right now that could very well be one and am debating what I should do about her.. She is a dexter so if she is a free martin she is really worthless but if she isn't, well she is worth something..

| Nice, Katy. Looks like you're getting some good windrows. The odds that she is a freemartin is really high.

Good god my typing is at a new low.. Yes, I hit double ll instead of kk.. Good gracious... I need to start spellchecking or something..
I think it is 95% chance of being a freemartin... At least that is the number always quoted me..

| No... I am saying get ready to have to ship her but if you really want her you can have her examined and maybe you will get lucky.. 95% freemartin still means there are 5% that are "okay".. That would be 1 out of 20...

Keep her over the winter, throw her with a bull. Get's bred?, there is your answer. Not bred, you got a big soggy heifer to sell next fall for feeder prices. 900 to 1000 lb heifers sell a lot better than 600-700 lbers.
No matter to us, we keep them over and win either way.
