Look Like Good stretchy calves with some depth....Based on the cows, I'd say they should turn out......

Where I live, I get premiums for Black Hide, so that is the only thing I would say could be different. That is not a knock on those cattle, but a statement of the reality where I live. I will also say the most money I ever made on a pen of calves I fed out were straight charlais....900 pound carcasses that graded choice 1's, so black is not everything,

Nice pics,

Katy:

Great photos, thanks for sharing!

I'd say your calves look really good! If you ever want a calf to show, the red baldy on the right of the above picture, might be a good choice! I can't tell if it's a heifer or steer, but it shows some potential now.

Thanks again for sharing your photos!

Cheers----

Nice looking calves, Katy. They should do well for you. The horse pictures were also very good. Looked like a hot lazy summer afternoon in your country, by the mood of the livestock. That is the way it was around here today, too.

The photos look very good Katy. I would say that for the age of the calves, that they are growing out very well.

I do have to wonder what a tree truck is. You spelled it that way twice so it can't be a misprint. Say what? Razz Rolling Eyes Laughing Must be another Canadian thing that I am not familiar with, just like your TV shows. Exclamation

We also got a nice United States flag from Pfizer. I liked the way it was packaged. By the address label, a sticker said, "Handle with Care, Open with Pride." That was nice. Smile
