from the tid bits I have heard, we should be solid on D, with ?'s in the secondary, and the O is really gonna depend on how Freeman reacts to his second year......
I am pretty sure we will be a decent team, but I am not sold on how well the team has bonded......
as long as we can go bowlin' I am happy. and a thrashing of the huskers.

| tell you what, you get me into Lincoln for the game, and I will return the favor next year in Manhattan. I would love to see my Cats whoop up on NU with you right there beside me!

I'm sure you would! I might be able to get tickets for a non-conf. game, but I think my source will probably go to the K. St. game. But, hey, you never know. Maybe you ought to come up anyway, visit one of the hollowed grounds of college football, see what a National Championship trophy looks like (we've got 5 of them, you can see them all).

ok, sounds like fun! but I only have a week or two, so I can not stop off at the "Arrested Husker Hall of Shame" guess I will get to see that one next time!
in Lincoln, "NO" means "she didn't know I was a football player, so I did her anyway"

Be sure and show him your 2nd place trophy from the Cotton Bowl last year too. |
Oooooooooooooo
We want you guys again - this time with no fake punts on our own 30.... |
No fake punts? Why? That ain't no fun.
I supose you want them to tell you what the next play is too. |
That bone-head call cost us the game. You don't do that even in Jr. High. Auburn couldn't move the ball on us - only got 176 yards of offense for the whole game - so you call something like that? Callahan generally has one of those a game. His pass on on third and 3 with a minute left cost us the Texas game, too. He's a good Xs and Os guy, but the entire Husker Nation would be happier if somebody else called the plays. He has a knack for outsmarting himself.
