Problem is you do drink the Liberal Media Kool-Aid! You are not balanced in your views. Everything is Bush's fault, and Bush can do no good! In reality all Presidents have a record of good and bad, positive things and negative things.
The only difference in Bush is no president has had a bulls eye on his back with the Liberal Media and special interest groups and individuals like Soros. Problem with you is if the Kool-Aid is Bush flavored you drink it and suck every drop out you can, you have became blinded and for that reason can not reasonably look at both sides of the issues.

Well if the Liberal media controls the news as you say--you only have one person to thank- GW Bush....Its his appointees to the FCC that have been going against the wishes of the public opinion, ACLU, many Constitutional groups and allowing 4,5,6,7 , etc of these media sources (tv, radio, magazines, newspapers) to consolidate or buy each other out until they have one big oligopoly- of which all news or info they want put out to the public is controlled by one person- like the Turners, Soros, Murdocks...

I am very proud of America- and that is one of the reasons I voice my opinions....I have never in my life seen one President do so much as this idiot has in avoiding enforcing any law, eroding the Constitution, selling out the sovereignty of the nation, and losing all credibility/respect the US has in the world...I thought no one could be worse than Clinton- boy did I get surprised 
For your info- my father served in Company G, the 163rd Rifle Battalion, of the 41st Infantry (Rainbow Division) from 1940 to 1945- many months of that time which were spent in an Australian hospital where he had been evacutated from New Guinea- during most of which he was unconscious without his family knowing if he was alive or dead...He was a totally disabled veteran- who died a premature death because of his war connected disabilities at age 59.....

Cheney summed up King Georges reign quite well the other day when told that some polls showed that up to 80% of Americans wanted the US to get out of Iraq-- when he answered "SO WHAT"    |

Well your view of me is about as far from the truth as can be...
But it does not surprise me- since it appears you, like so many others, go around beating your chest and proclaiming yourself a good Conservative or good Republican- but you have been so brainwashed by the neocon bull of this present regime that you don't realize you couldn't make a pimple on a true conservatives (or old Republicans) butt and that your current beliefs of big government, nation building, no fiscal responsibility, disregard of the Constitution, etc. etc. make most of them cringe...
This administrations legacy will be that it could care less for the people of America- or what the majority of America wanted...Cheney summed up their legacy when he was told that up to 80% of the people polled said they wanted our troops out of Iraq- and his answer was "So What"

| I need to tone down my emotions and apologize for taking a run at oldtimer. I just get fed up with all the politics and Bush bashing, but running off at the mouth rarely solves much. I'll agree to disagree with you and treat you with a little more respect. Hopefully you can see fit to do the same. I'll stick to the other forums where my blood pressure stays on the chart. So what is the Canadians feelings on all this? The Politicians and citizens. Is there much of an out rage in Canada at what is going on in China and Tibet? Or is the concern more along the lines of the safety of your athletes?
