ILH- that's a story you almost could'nt make up,sounds like a shady sales barn,i don't know.I guess it all depends on how much time you can afford to put into tracking the horse and new owner down to see if they paid anything for the pony,or write her off,count your losses and be thankful you're not feeding that knot head this winter.

IF she was THAT dangerous to start with....I'd consider it DONE if she's gone.

I am glad that she is gone, she was starting to try to run people down.
I expected her to go for slaughter, not to be "given" to 2 young girls as I have been told.

She was sent to this yard to be sold, not "given" away. If she was a "no sale" then why did they tell my friend she sold? There are some shady dealings going on. I even bet that the brand inspector never went to the yard to see if she was there or not.
