What do you two think of this?
Currently John McCain leads Barack Obama 50% to 42% by Non-Hispanic white voters.
Barack Obama leads McCain 89% to 2% by Non-Hispanic black voters.
How is this not Block Voting Racism by blacks?

Sandy....I have told you over and over, really HAVE answered your questions enough for you to get this....RACISM is not right NO MATTER where it comes from. The fact that there ARE people voting for Obama purely because of his colour is no different then those against him purely because of his colour. I believe I've made that clear before.
On Tues Canada has there federal election,a week ago we had our debate,I heard a large number of people say after the debate that were liberals....they WON"T vote for the liberal leader purely on the platform the man cannot hardly speak English...the Bloc leader speaks WAY better English. That in a way bothered me because it wasn't the issues that lead them to that choice it was a predudice.

| Thank you. I just thought that you were being very "selective" when pointing it out.

| Not that you give a rip, but it depends on why they're voting for Obama. If they're voting for him because he's black, then, yes, it's racism. If they're like me and voting for him because they can't abide another four years of Bush's policies or McCain's shifts on issues, or because he's too old, or because of his lack of interest/understanding in the middle class, or because of Sarah Palin maybe becoming president, then, no, it's not racist.

| I read somewhere that 80 % of new registered voters are black, and only plan to vote Obama in, then care less about voting again..... now there is Rev. Jessie and Al in action.....

| Of course it is racism. Multiculturalism in innercity public schools breeds racism.

Nice personal attacks, but are you capable of having an adult, substantive conversation?
By the way I love New Orleans, I used to love getting Bananas Foster at Brennans restaurant. When I worked at Ellington Field at LBJ Space Center, I was able to get to New Orleans a few times on the weekends. Houston lacked the coziness of the French Quarter.
Off I-45 Across from Ellington Air Base there is this charming cajun restaurant, fabulous food really. If you ever get out sometime I hope you try it.

Excuss me that is not true. Having taught in an innercity school for over 12 years I KNOW the children learn it at HOME and around the neighborhood.
Racism is based on ignorance and fed by power hungry people who are wanting to keep a base of supporters in need.

Interesting commentary on the changing world today on the news...
They commented that right now it appears Senator Obama will win Virginia (he's consistently had a 6-7 point lead lately)-- with the irony being that when Obama was born- his parents would not have been allowed to get married in that state because of their laws forbidding interracial marriages....
