Let me get this right...when Democrats start telling Republicans their tactics aren't working, it's time for Republicans to listen to Democrats and stop???????

After working for Nixon, Ford, and Reagan I never thought of Gergen as a Democrat- but he doesn't probably fit into your current thinking of this new neocon Bush/McCain Republicanism...

You fail to mention Gergen's last employer was a Democrat...and that's whose ideology he is closer to.

Maybe Obama can mention some more things "we need look at" or "look in to"..... Reminds me of someone else who used to say, "We need to do someting about it" and never did.
