Sounds good JL. I'm gonna give them a try.

Here's mine. It's an old favorite recipe for Lemon Pie.

LEMON PIE
4 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 egg yolks, beaten
4 T. lemon juice
1 T. butter

Mix all together and bring to a boil on the stove.
Pour in a BAKED crust or graham cracker crust, and top with meringue.
Bake til top is brown. Cool and eat.

OK their is only one meringue pie it's lemon.

Tam does make others but lemon is my favorite. She makes many kinds. I think it was 22 different ones in 11 days for the Mantracker crew.

I probably wouldn't have any round up help if it wasn't for Tam's pie. The pecan is extremely popular. Very Happy
She did bake a pecan pie this fall in her dutch oven with charcoal and all. I think it was her best one ever. Very Happy
