Since I have ridden all of Soaps horses and can say with certainly that they are all worth their weight in gold...And if any are for sale you had better jump at it and not blink an eye...

My mighty mule doesn't qualify as a working cow horse, but how about as a working cowhass?

Messin' with my mule

Messin' with the mule again

Mundane man on a magnificent mule

The old man and his mule

Sorting heavies and playing cowboy on a mule

Mighty mule

He hasn't bucked me off yet.

Sorting heavies

Bringing one out

Mighty mule and me

A moderately marvelous mule and me

My mule moving his mouth

Mule in motion

Playing with the camera

Ready to roll

Haymaker, What do ya charge to hot shoe an old Cayuse? Looks like you have a dandy setup. I used to have a goy from town come out with a rig like that to knock the nails in on my horses. But about 5 springs ago when I called him he said he'd had to raise his rate from $55 to $95 plus $50 to come clear out here. I had to decline although he did great work. Now I do them myself but just cold shoeing. Anyway, nice set up! Very Happy

He's a pretty good mule, but he would be a really good mule if he didn't like to kill calves as a hobby. Confused I plan to use him this spring to rope and drag calves to the branding fire.

I learned to rope off an ol mule my dad had. best dam animal we ever had. i could rope steers, deer hunt, and even breakaway rope off of him. He died when i was 12 and not one of the horses i have had since then have come close to him.

Years ago, a buddy had a mule he hunted off of. As well as worked cattle. There was no fence that mule would not jump. He could take him anywhere. There sure smart animals but they can get a little mean. At least the ones I've been around could be. Had a lot of aim in there kicks to.
