Heard people in the US are getting a letter today that says that you will be receiving a letter next week from the Census bureau.

one of the guys on another board was telling me his neighbor got hired by the Census, went to the 8 hours of training.

2 of those in the training were laid off at the end of it. Paid for the full day.

Your tax dollars at work.

the letter was a total waste of time and money.. at the cost of about 30 cents a letter.. $38,719,578 just went down the drain.. but who's counting?

and in the end... nothing was accomplished..
