| All 41 Republican Senators signed a letter to the Dems saying if they plan on using Reconciliation to pass the Health Care Bill, the Republicans will not allow any short cuts. They will only be using it in the manner of which the rules allow and any thing other than that will hit a wall called Point Of Order where a 60 vote is needed to pass the issue. Which is a warning to the Dems in the House that if they think the Senate is going to amended the bill after the House passes the Senate version , they better think again.
