tam if you can make judgments of my character i don't see why you're so unwilling to declare your dedication to any cause. what would you die for? family? i would. what would make you willingly put yourelf in a position that would end up with you likely dead?

don I don't see where I need to tell you what I would or wouldn't do as I'm not the one claiming what others would do based on what I would do you are You seem to believe just because you wouldn't risk your live to vote neither would anyone else. But reports of 11.7 million Iraqis voting proved you wrong.
And yes if it came down to my life for the life of one of my family, I would. As you see don I just witnessed my brother going through something that I'm not sure I could handle. He helplessly sat by worrying about what the stress of burying his son was going to do to his daughter that just under went brain surgery. These two kids willingly risked their lives by enlisting in the US Air Force right out of high school. They served their country with honor and pride only to get out and have one's life endanged by brain surgery and the other's life taken by a patch of ice, which further endanger his sister's life with the stress of loosing someone she loved with all her heart. I also have a sister that has a son in the US Army that believes so strongly in what the US is doing over there that he is willing to risk his life AGAIN. I say again as he has already risked his life once with a road side bomb blast that resulted in a broken back and repeated surgeries to rebuild his feet that took most of the blast. So maybe you can understand that you saying the US military is only over there to kill civilains in the name of good business is a BIT UPSETTING to me. Mad

You gove up one right at a time until you have no rights at all. including the rights to bury your own if you fail to fight for even the smallest of rights including those of the right to vote!

I lost a family memeber in IRAQ that would be mortified by your statement that they were killing citizens over there don!
I also read your statemets to some friend I met this winter that live in Canada winter in the USA, they are ashamed of you!!!!!!

you guys love to twist everything until you can scream with selfrighteous fervor. i never said or implied that the usa or anybody else went to kill iraqi civilians. i objected to the civilians killed as collateral damage when bin laden could have been targetted and a lot of americans and iraqis would have been spared. if you think that is a horrible, disloyal thought well go for it. it's a stupid war notwithstanding the courage of the troops who are over there. they never should have been sent. it's counterproductive and unaffordable on every level. we'll never agree.

Bull Mad you said killing civilans was good for business as if that is why the US Military are over there. You have yet to provide anything on them knowing where Bin Laden is. With all the so called evidence you seem to be basing your opinion on, it should not be that hard to provide us with something besides your opinion don. Or is this is like your opinion that very few would risk their lives to vote when 11.7 million Iraqis did just that. Confused Mad I'm done with you as you have based your comments on nothing but your opinions if you can provide one fact to back them then DO IT.

tam i said it was better for business to have a full out war where civilians got killed than to have a concentrated covert operation that tagetted bin laden. you want to twist and turn go ahead. you called into question the courage of my convictions but aren't willing to make any declaration for yourself. tells me what i need to know. i'm done. we'll never agree on anything. if you think the world will be run from washington your time has come and gone. remember the old saying about those who fail to learn from history.

You might want to take a close look at your convictions don,
Go read some history of those that laid down and raised no fight.
