Doesn't matter if it 's threshing, just if the picture was taken at
a rodeo, and this one was. (see the first post under this catagory.) Very Happy

I'm sure it isn't but i'd be curious about #4...that isn't Chuck Holloway picking up on that black paint is it? Looks to thin for him tho maybe last I seen of him he had stocked up quite a bit. Kinda has that look tho.

Yup. It's a good friend of ours.

Have you seen the threshing competition there? It's quite a show!

For anyone here who doesn't know how this things work, it's threshing, but it's also a race. There's a steam driven outfit and a gas driven outfit. They line stooks of oat sheaves up in a row, (That's a whole other competition), the teams have to go down the row and load the rack as fast as they can, and then it get's wild. Those teams can crank a corner with a wagon as good as any chuckwagon. Then they've got to get all the sheaves through the threshing machine.

As you can see, it's a dusty competition! And lots of fun to watch. Very Happy

I entered my picture, because we were short on entries. I knew
it wasn't much of a photo, but felt it was kinda special because it
was of Ty Wilson at a Miles City Rodeo last fall. I still had it,
so I entered it.

Congratulations, Bob M. I enjoyed all the pictures.

Geez I was too busy taking rodeo pics to send one in lol. Hope Ty gets back south riding again soon-that was a fun visit we had.

That's ok, NR. I didn't even vote for it--I had used the zoom on my
camera and it's not the best for taking zoom pictures. Like I said,
I just entered it because we needed some entries and because it
was of Ty.
