FYI,
APHIS is working on a project called Secure Egg Supply which will be deployed to the internet tomorrow. It will be at the following url: http://www.aphis.usda.gov/animal_health/emrs/nahems.shtml. When you go to the website, you will see an option to Login or Register on the far right. You can register for a password to obtain access. There are already a number of egg-related documents and other resources posted there.
