breaded fried oysters, stuffed potato and coleslaw, with salmon for my wife who can't stand oysters, for tonight. roast beef with yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings for tomorrow

This year we are supporting all the meat industries--
Christmas Eve we had Ham and Shrimp-
Christmas Day we had Prime Rib-
so New Years Day we are going to have Turkey and all the fixings...

I cooked Smoked Ham Hacks n Black eyed Peas (No Gas) then watched the 49'ers Kick ass...

Thought I had some black eye peas but nope so made pintos with sausage and onion. Turnip greens with bacon. Sweet cornbread and sweet tea.
ssshhh even shoer ate a bite of the greens LOL
