Excerpts; link below; my emphasis.
"The country's Shiite political leadership on Monday angrily denounced an American-backed military raid on a Shiite compound that left at least 16 people dead, as political leaders suspended talks over the formation of a new government."
"President Jalal Talabani said he would lead a joint Iraqi-American committee to investigate the incident, but the governor of Baghdad halted cooperation with the American government and Shiite militiamen made a show of force in eastern Baghdad vowing retaliation against American troops."
"In the village of Kasak, between Mosul and Tal Afar, a man wrapped in explosives detonated himself at an army recruitment center, killing at least 40 people and wounding at least 30 others, an official at the Interior Ministry said. The center is located in front of a joint American-Iraqi military base, though the American military said that no American troops were wounded in the attack. "
"There was something tragically wrong, and it's got to be explained or it's going to be seen by many to be a crackdown on certain political factions in Iraqi politics," said Haydar al-Abadi, a top advisor to Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari. "We are facing a crisis."
"The assertion that worshippers were among the victims gained widespread currency on Monday, even if it was in dispute among Shiite officials.
"Entering the Mustafa Shiite mosque and killing worshippers was unjustified and a horrible violation from my point of view," Interior Ministry Bayan Jabr told the Al-Arabiya television news network. "Innocent people inside the mosque offering prayer at sunset were killed."
Jawad al-Maliki, a deputy of Prime Minister Jaafari's Dawa Party, accused the American command of committing "an ugly crime" that "has dangerous political and security dimensions intended to ignite the fire of civil war"

This was the intent of the CIA and MI6 to create a civil within the country, so the NWO and the America Police state could move on the bigger and better projects!

| I admit i know very little about this war..I was to believe it was first a strike in response to 911..then it was about weapons of mass destruction....then it was about the liberation of Iraq....So far no weapons found,Bin ladin is still on the loose and the iraq people are still living in total unrest.....Maybe i am wrong in my assumptions,,,but seems alot of american lives and money have be spent for futile reason( my opinion)...May god be with all soldiers there,I just hope their heroic efforts turn out to be for positive reasons and steps towards world peace.I ask,Lets all pray for the killing to stop,I think we all agree the cost of live has been paid,it is time to find peace. how it is found,I do not know.just.as long as it is found soon.

We agree with everything you say. We will be going into war with Iran unless the people speak out.
911 was carried out by domestic terrorists then blammed Al-Quida. Iraq was accused of terrorist activities in a threat of WMD, now it is IRAN. If you watch this unfold carefully you will see several accusations arise as this progresses. First was supplying IUD's to the Iraqi insurgents, then Nuclear Weapon capasities, currently it is biological WMD. As each issue drops off another one will arise.
As Venezuela first gain knowledge of 911 tragedy, Exxon was evicted from their country and at this time they are initiating an investigation into the 911 facts of the US government being at fault. Suddenly the Bush administration has sent a Naval Fleet of 8 ships on an excerise training mission, to sway Venezuela's attempts to get involved in the 911 issue.
This being done by Venezuela to expose that 911 was an inside job by the US government.

Do you not feel just a little bit silly proposing that the communist Chavez is the watch dog for the land of the free...? Hogwash. If you're going to take up space with your posts, quote someone respectable...not a stupid movie star or a communist. Comtrails, Katrina, Conspiracy, I assume you think the snowstorm in the midwest is related to the plot where the Govt. of the US is going to take the land in the midwest...too late, Ted Turner already owns it.

What do we do to draw these long-winded, know-it-all anti-Americans to this site?
For crying out loud, T...can you think of something positive about living in our great country?
