got this email, striking resemblence, only for those old enough to remember. Talked to our Marine last night, these are his exact words,"I have to be responsible for myself, I am responsible for all of the rest of the Marines and 200 million Americans." Think about that one for a minute.
Tokyo Rose
During World War II, the Japanese developed a way to
demoralize the American forces. Psychological
warfare experts developed a message they felt would
work.
They gave the script to their famous broadcaster
"Tokyo Rose" and every day she would broadcast this
same message packaged in different ways, hoping it
would have a negative impact on American GI's morale.
What was that demoralizing message? It had three
main points:
1. Your President is lying to you.
2. This war is illegal.
3. You cannot win the war.
Does this sound familiar?
Is it because Tokyo Hillary, Tokyo Harry, Tokyo
Teddy, Tokyo Nancy, etc. have picked up the same
message and are broadcasting it on TokyoCNN,
TokyoABC, TokyoCBS, TokyoNBC etc., to our troops?
The only difference is that they claim to support
our troops before they demoralize them.
Come to think of it, Tokyo Rose told the troops she
was on their side, too!

Since the very first one, there have been Americans who have disagreed with absolutely every last war we've been in. People who think it's unpatriotic to send our great nation on foolhardy missions.
And in the words of Edward R. Murrow:
We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. When the loyal opposition dies, I think the soul of America dies with it.
Wise people understand the difference between dissent and disloyalty.
And patriotism does not mean blind loyalty to the government's projects. I guarantee there are good, patriotic Americans on both sides of this argument.
