Have heard several theories about cattle mutilations with tongues etc. removed that directed the story toward the guvment randomly testing for BSE in this manner. I remember this story, ranchers got together and appointed each other "Cattle Security Guards" to ride around and watch for incidences at night..........................

Wild conspiracies......what would we talk about without 'em?

I haven't gone yet. They called to tell me they wanted to keep my calf for another week. Will be going this week sometime.
