If you are around moose Jaw this weekend. We have a fun deal going on at the exhibition grounds. Ranch roping and a stock dog trial in the arena. No charge, but i might sell you a ticket on our arena improvements to the Bill Gomersall arena.

I know it's not because you can hide behind a fence post. Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh

Phantom.............thats what Northern Rancher hung on me because I have been lurking around Ranchers Net for years. I'm interested, just don't have a lot to add to some of these deals. I have been practiceing my spanish so I will sound like I know what the hell I'm talking about at the roping.

Day one is in the books. Real good dog handling and some even better roping skills. Pretty neat to see cattle handled without breaking into a lope. Only one rimfire all day with some pretty honkey cattle. Lots of bantering and fellowship. Good day all around.....Sheep start at 8 AM and roping at noon.

I'm pretty sure Dale is around the same vintage as me, But that Elliot is still a kid. I remember him riding broncs at a little britches rodeo right around 1970.
