Sounds good JL. I'm gonna give them a try.
Here's mine. It's an old favorite recipe for Lemon Pie.
LEMON PIE
4 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 egg yolks, beaten
4 T. lemon juice
1 T. butter
Mix all together and bring to a boil on the stove.
Pour in a BAKED crust or graham cracker crust, and top with meringue.
Bake til top is brown. Cool and eat.
