I was at a ropin Sunday, nuthin serious just a glorified practise really.
Was introduced to an old man I had seen around and watched rope,he is a heeler and pretty fair, anyway got to visitin with the fella he is 78 years old and still ropin,he was eyein that grey of mine pretty good and asked if he could try him............sure I said but remember the horse is green and young, old man just smiled as he rode the grey around a bit and made a run, I give you $4000 for him he said ?
Nope I let a good grey horse get away from me once, now that ole grey horse of mine is about as useless as a marriage license to a Tomcat, but nice to know someone thinks he will make a ropin horse.
good luck

| There a ropein around here that mostly old folks. Good people to. Ready to help learn a youngin. Then we get a bunch of cubans come. Mind you, I've got no problems with cubans when they act like people ort to. But they all speak english but gather around and speak spanish and r rude as hell about it. I speak a little and understand more. I've called them down about what they have said about others, them thinkin nobody understands them. Some of them can sure rope. But I aint one to put up with bad behaveyor. Speak american or shut the hell up.
