Just Looking for pasture...

I have been looking for pasture to lease for ~ 9 horses for quite some time now. I hang flyers and people take all the numbers and no one calls...it's pretty frustrating! If anyone can help out with my dilema, please respond...would like something all year around that doesn't cost an arm and a leg...we are young and just starting out, are trying to sell down but you can't give a horse away it seems like!! Are willing to fix a little fence or help out a bit, we both work jobs in town but came from ranch backgrounds. Would like to pay less that 375.00 per month, just want pasture...we will buy hay for winter. Water would be a plus too! Thanks so much!
