But I did get a belly full of crawfish strate from new orleans from my daughter. They come live in a mesh bag with ice packs. As well as the seasonin. Purge them in salt water, have your boil rollin and 20 mins later your suckin heads and eatin tails. Then I got a call from my son that a cow was out and he had it under control. I got there just in time to see him slickhorn the fence jumper and drag her to the cowpens. I'll ride the fence tomorry. I had a great day.

how was the crawfish?? its still slow around here. i let my traps sit for 2 days and i only caught about 500 lbs. i kept 40 for me and boiled them friday night.

Only 500lbs! Boy, u won't do. They were fittin, we savored all 10lbs. We got them here but they don't get real big. I don't know why, we got a lot of water like yall have. Maybe not enough silt or what ever they need. We fish with them for bait catchin bass and big shell cracker. I got a hankerin for some crawfish pie now. My wifes got a cusin in nachatochis. They make goodins there. I'll send for some.

I can do 10 lbs all by myself!!!! I fried catfish Friday night tho. It hit the spot....for fish....but I still can't wait for crawfish!!!
