They announced today that there is another part of Obama socialist plan hiding in the bill. He took over the banks and car companies with financial bailouts. He plans on taking over US energy with Cap and Trade. And with the Health Care bill he will not only take over US health care but also the US education system. According to the announcment a US citizens should have the right to have his or her health care AND higher education provided all at the cost of the Tax Payer and that is what Obama is pushing through Congress in lightning speed.

It is the guaranteeing of student loans that is in the bill. We have the same thing here in Canada.
If a a lending institution is not able to collect the debt, the Government reimburses the lending institution.
