TOP REASONS TO LIVE IN BRITISH COLUMBIA
1. Vancouver: 1.5 million people and two bridges.
2. Your $400,000 Vancouver home is just 5 hours from downtown.
3. You can throw a rock and hit three Starbucks locations.
4. There's always some sort of deforestation protest going on.
TOP REASONS TO LIVE IN ALBERTA
1. Big rock between you and B.C.
2. Ottawa who?
3. Tax is 7% instead of approximately 200% as it is for the rest of the
country.
4. You can exploit almost any natural resource you can think of.
5. You live in the only province that could actually afford to be its own

I guess silver has not been east of the rockies either!
I will extend a down east invite to anyone wishing to see where CANADA came from, we work hard, play hard and love the taste of surf and turf. (lobster and steak)
Island spuds are knowen around the world.
Tourists have gave us quite a few laughs, those that expected to walk around the island for a look (235 klmx35klm) some do walk the confederation trail it runs the whole length.
Our second industry is aerospace with toutism third.

| My only question would be: Why is it when people hear you're from BC they assume you're NOT east of the Rockies? Best part of this dang province is on the east side.

My only question right now is, "It kinda sounded to me like you were putting Vancouver in with all those other provinces. Is that what you were doing so as to maintain the wilderness/open country/ranch country flavor of the rest of the province, which, of course, is many times better?"

| Well depends if you move to Black Diamond you may see Ian more often then anywhere else.I believe he lives around there AND owns a coffee shop there.Personally way better reasons to move to Alberta then Ian,but then I'm biased
