BSE was only found in Germany after a "PRIVATE" testing firm discovered it. What say you, USDA?[/quote]
Response...Are you implying that government testing has not found any animals infected with BSE? Have a great day.

I would ask why governments are so afraid of private businesses/citizens using the same tests as they are. If someone wants to spend the money on "useless" tests or "useless" candidates, it should be their perogative.
It might help save taxpayers money and then if needed, the Government could confirm the results. Might bring a little more transparency to this whole issue! and end some of the conspiracy theories of Government hiding things.

No, but I am implying that no government program I know of is as efficient and transparent as a private one.

You'd probably have to establish an "OFF-SHORE" tesing facility.

| Could it be that USDA is in the pocket of BIG business and not producers? And oh by the way, money talks. Figure it out boys.
