During a fund-raising drive for Katrina Relief I sent the American Red Cross a check for $500.00. The check was dated September 5, 2005 and it has never been cashed.
I had just assumed that it got lost in the paper shuffle and that eventually it would surface. Yesterday, I got a report from another donor that their check was never cashed.
Wonder if anyone has had this happen. Obviously, the Red Cross has some major problems.
