Do you know why there are so few Polish folks west of Kansas.
The poles were crossing Kansas in the 1800's when they encountered a river too deep to ford. They had observed other wagon trains tying huge logs to the sides of their wagons so they could float across the river.
Unfortunately, they were in the stone fencepost area of Kansas and all they could find were a pile of stone fenceposts. They never made it to the other side.
