We got 2 extra weeks this fall , well we did go out 2 weeks late this spring.
We were going to do the big sweep monday the 13th. Tenny and I rode Friday to open gates into the north alotment
First 3 pictures are of fridays ride it was too cold to take many pics , it looks nice but was around 25 degrees all day.
Steeper and higher then the pic looks, cows pair above the aspen

We want to go home, cow in the lane got home yesterday her calf on the other side.

we trailered alot of cows home last week that got off the north end of the allotment into some dry farms about 8 miles noth of home.

Ride tomorrow thing between the 3 of us we are only out around 40 pairs and I still missing 3 bulls.

Great pictures Jody! Keep takin' them all fall, winter, spring and sumer! Very Happy I like your corral and gates. Did ya build em' yourself? Good luck findin' them all and shipping calves.

probally cut most every pole , the rail toad ties have been there for decades, there on ceder post in the corral I seen in opictures from 50-60 years ago.... been allot of colts tied to that post.Be neat to have the story on every one of them...

I'm sure hoping our fall roundups won't require coveralls and winter attire! Course you're tuffer than I am in the first place out riding in that kind of weather..I take the job of "someone's got to get the pickup and trailer"...lol Beautiful country..thanks for the ride along!
