Question About Butchering

Does anyone here know if the new cutting regulations are posted anywhere so that home butchers of beef and venison can follow them? Was also wondering how extensively Nebraska tests for CWD and if they have found any lately. Thanks

As far as I know every deer in the northern panhandle was sampled. I think I heard there were two positives, out of over two thousand, in our area. Might be off a little, they (G&P) remarked that they think it's slowing down.
