A very interesting read, I enjoyed that. Can't hardly believe the outcome considering the way it was handled.

Oddly silver politics came into play back then. Reportedly sheriff holder was bad crooked. Grandad always bought votes for the old guard democratic machine of gov Faubis' era. I think holder was working for the New Democratic machine and was shot in the head in his living room. He lost his sheriff seat to a republican and was an ABC agent. A mistrial ended his murder investigation with atty general bill Clinton working for the state. draw your own conclusions.
