There were several delays in gettin this mare going including letting my neck heal up some after she played lawn darts with my head.
This is last year, doctoring her rt. front foot after she managed to cut the (bulb ? ) nearly completely off. I couldn't save it but she seems to be doing fine without it. She was supposed to be green broke when I got her, she was about as green as Kermit.

She's really pretty! There aren't a lot of coal black horses like she
appears to be. Hope she turns out to be a good one.

How is she bred?

Thanks. She's supposed to be 1/2 paint and 1/2 mustang. Her left hind foot has white a white sock and the hoof is white and a blazed face. She's black when her winter coat slicks off good but fades to a reddish tinge. She hated my guts for a while but I think she finally took somewhat of a likein to me and knows I'm not out to eat her. She's starting to handle pretty good.

Here's a picture from the front taken last Spring. Old mare, "Bobbie" in background died at 32 yrs. old later in Summer.
