I may be old enough, but we sure didn't have TV! In fact our kids were in at least jr. hi before we got TV, due partly to poor reception in low valleys, and the fact that I wanted them to be good readers first. I did have an uncle who got it early on, and my in-laws also had it fairly early. We did spend quite a few Saturday nights at their homes watching favored programs, but I sure don't recall that song with the kids in it.
If it was in a movie rather than on TV, I should have seen it if it was before 1950, and maybe forgot it.
