The major problem with most of our political problems are lack of common sense, and most in DC don't have enough to step in out of rain and never will, their judgement has been clouded with greed! Their judgement day will come in the eyes of the lord, and you know that St. Peter has a gate and...
Thinking more like the Vermeer, I have some ground you just can't mow with bar mower anymore. You spend more time in reverse or sitting still than going forward, just have to do something next year. Going to have rowse double 9 hydraulic to trade in on it.
My dad still hunts coyotes with hounds. We did some about 30 years ago when I was a kid, on our horses. They started to like to chase the coyotes as well as some of our dogs. But did not think some much of hanging a dead one over the horn. Good story enjoyed. My wife's granddad told me...
That was great, just shows ranch people everywhere are in the same boat, and all struggling just the same. The grass really is no greener any where else.
Another little info on one of the biggest pushers and investor, built his house on a lake on a 100 year lease and just take a guess who owns that ground. This is the one referenced too above who leased out his ranch and moved far away to a larger town. Any guesses NPPD! Wonder if he will be a...
Amen to that :agree: Warren Buffet is quoted as saying that they would not be worth it with out the tax credits.. He only made 10 B as in Billion last year off the tax credits.
Speaking on the R project if they shut down all the coal, what good does the R project do, there is no excess. Just confusing for this dumb country boy. They were to cut them back by 30% when they were having the meeting about the project something is not adding up. Can't build any new power...
I will make no bones about it I don't like the dam things. I could somewhat get around it if they were a benefit. They are not and serve no purpose, but for a few people at the top to take tax dollars from the rest of us. It is one big pyramid scheme made up by the government with tax...
Ya probably would not happen but where would we be with out them, up a creek.(it would take hell of a lot of money and years for approval) The EPA has a knife to our neck, just wonder if it will ever get any better. All we can do is do our best, and play the cards out.
I was a electrician for 18 years and wondered the same thing. Why could we not have a water wheel in a river turn a generator in an area of need? Water flows pretty constant 24-7. I guess I am to much of a simpleton. Not enough money floating back and forth to get lost.
