How to not get the yearlings checked

Had a 567, moved up to a 568, really like it. Thought about a 569, then looked at the price and my check book and decided the 568 repairs were cheaper. Even with a $2800.00 gear box repair. The gear box its self was $2300.00. Seal went out while baling and lost the oil. As the repair man said...

Replacing floor in a stock trailer

Just wondering if the coated boards in your trailer are totally coated or just on the top or top and ends. Thinking Bed liner would do the same, leaving the bottom of the boards uncoated so the boards would dry out.

You did right by getting off, corn is agriculture in its natural state. Replacing floor in a stock trailer

Not trying to raise a stink, but here is what is from TXDOT. All depends on how the officer deciphers it. Definitions. TRC 725.001. “Load” means a load of loose material. “Loose material” means material that can be blown or spilled from a vehicle because of movement or exposure to air, wind...

Replacing floor in a stock trailer

If you are going back in with boards, take the time to soak them in used oil after you put them in. If you do that once a year they will probably out last you.

Replacing floor in a stock trailer

Fiber grate is good for the ranch, but not legal on Texas Highways. In Texas the deck is to be tight as to not allow any waste to get on the highway. If you are using it on the highway, one day you will get a ticket.

Replacing floor in a stock trailer

If I was to go with the expense a rumber floor, Just as well go with a good paint job on the frame work. I did mine with Por15 Silver. It is a 2 part epoxy paint. It is resistant to manure and urine, flexible and won't crack. Stops rust problems. It has been 7 years since I did mine.

On the subject of salt and mineral feeders

Putting the tapered protein tubs in a 20 inch truck tire works for me, the bulls don't move them or tip them over. Can always move them with the front end loader. Trucking companies love for you to pick them up.

    balers????

Hayguy, f you find a baler with greaseable roller bearings be sure to post the brand and model. Would be nice with a greasing pack on the side so you don't have to climb all over the baler.

    balers????

The best baler for what you are describing is and old NH bar and chain baler, they would bale anything including fence posts.

    NH 664

Did this just start doing this? Have you had to re-thread your twine on the right side? If so, make sure you have it threaded right. Had that happen on my JD 567, after I threaded it right, hasn't missed a lick.

    JD 567 baler

I have a JD 567 baler with a BaleTrakpro monitor. The problem I am having is the Eject Bale indicator doesn't come on all the time, I might come on for 4 or 5 bales and then start getting a long delay before it come on, then quits coming on. Any suggestions on what the problem is?
