Stopped there on our way to Deadwood for our together way back when.
Stopped again on our way home with mower parts.

Ok, I heard back from Wrangler and I'm going to send 2 shirts to them. Then we'll see what they decide. I'm not holding my breath. Thanks again for posting the link, BMR.

Thank you for your letter regarding our products. We are very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with one of our products. We value our customers and we strive for full customer satisfaction.

Each item that we manufacture carries a one-year warranty, which covers actual defects in materials or workmanship. Our warranty is a statement of VF Jeanswear’s continuing commitment to high standards of quality. In order to aid in our quality control efforts, we would like you to return the garment in question for inspection and analysis. If you purchased your items outside the United States, please return your garments to the store in which you made your purchase.

Please send us your complete mailing address and a daytime phone number. We will be glad to send you a postage-paid FedEx label to return your garments. A link will be sent to your email account to print off your label.

If the garment is found to be defective under the terms of our one-year warranty, it will be replaced or you will be refunded with a letter of explanation. All returned garments must be recently laundered and free of any foreign matter. Soiled garments will not be processed. You will hear back from us regarding a refund or product replacement within 4 to 6 weeks from the receipt of your garment.
