I've been praying for all. WB you said you weren't in the bulls-eye of the storm. What is happening there? We are at our daughters and she doesn't have tv to keep up with the storm. We had 6" of snow during the night and it is still snowing. Not much wind...yet. This is NE Wyoming. I know a funeral at Broadus Mt was postponed due to weather, but further north they only have gotten rain and a nasty SE wind.

My sister is on her way home from Arizona and they push through to Bowman last night. They had no snow when the woke up but Buffalo about 45 minutes south had 5 inches.

The target moved we got more than expected. We still have more coming tonite and all day tomorrow. It has been a long day here and there won’t be much sleep tonite. Both interstates are closed in the state. It’s been a long time since both were closed in an April blizzard.

Things are getting worse as snow accumulates. We are well over 20 inches. I guess all records are meant to be broken I don’t want to be around when this record is broken. Power outages are being reported with down lines east of here. So far are power has remained on and we are thankful for that.

Glad you still have power and feel really bad for those that don't. :(
I saw lots of power poles down on facebook. I truly think April storms are the worst for farmers and ranchers.
We've been through them. April 1973, 3 day blizzard, called the Good Friday Storm. 98 mph winds and LOTS of snow. A great deal of livestock were lost in that storm, sheep and cattle.

Stay safe.

Melting snow is one of my favorite things. Storm is over, sun is shining, it is warming up.

Resulting cold mud is very dangerous for newborns. It got down to low twenties last night.
