    Nebraska Property Valuation Protest

    On an average my assessed valuation went up over 30%. This is on hilly and rocky land that is designed for grazeing only. They didn`t consider land use, only soil type. There will be a land evaluation meeting in Pierre later this summer

    Make sure the brand is registered. The brand laws pertain to the whole state even if you aren`t in an inspection area.

    Lazy Ace is right it`s a swamp. We only got about 1" but on frozen ground and a small amount of ice damns it`s crissing the road in several places. I NEVER SAW THE LIKES OF THIS BEFORE. How bout Lazy ace`s Grand Father has he ever seen this/this early?

    USDA to Open CRP Land to Farming?

    I`m in total agreement OT. That land should have never been broken and once it get into the CRP it stays there permenently. This CRP deal has been good for the hunters and for the land speculators.

    How bout those silk manilla with the brass hondo? The old grass ropes hade a different attitude depending on the weather. You have to buy stiffness now, a few years back you made it.
