If you replace the bottom dimple roll on a BR780 or BR780A with a fluted roll from a BR7090, it makes a big difference in helping start the bale.

It's an Autowrap and not a Bale Command....right? If it's an Autowrap, run it through a wrap cycle and see if the belt is slipping.

We've got a VAL-6 radiant heater in the shop. I just drag the calf sled in the shop and fire up the heater. Warms them up better than anything I've tried. Just don't get the calf too close to the heater! :shock:

They have a pretty good counter set up on them. They will put a scale under them too, but that adds around 1000 bucks to the price.
